Groups take place on Thursday mornings in Leith - 10.30am -12pm (all women welcome plus babies and toddlers) and Monday evenings 6.30 - 8pm in South Queensferry.
(*the evening session is adults only).
£9 per session for block bookings and £11 for drop-ins. Free taster sessions are available.
