Groups take place in Lingfield on Saturdays 10.00 am – 11.30 am and in East Grinstead on Tuesdays
10:00 am until 11.30 am.
Classes cost £8 concessions or £10 full price. Drop ins welcome though block booking 3 weeks preferable.
